Add LINE account

Before using the features of this application, you are required to link a LINE account. This must be done so that all the features of this application can be integrated with your LINE account. First of all, you have to set up a personal LINE account.

Make sure the LINE account is active, not blocked and logged in on your smartphone. To speed up the linking process and ensure success, the account should not have too much chat history and notifications. If your account has hundreds or more of unread messages, it will cause the linking process to error and fail because it takes too long to synchronize the account data.

(Optional) Do this on your smartphone's LINE so that your account is not too crowded and easy to connect. This is not really needed and is only required when your account is difficult to connect with SORIS.

To add an account, you must press the "Link a LINE account" button on the "Linked accounts" tab. There are 2 ways to connect your LINE account with this app :

Connect with E-mail and password

Choose to login by "Email & Password" then type your email and password into the form and click "OK" and wait for the account to ask for the verification code.

After that, please check your LINE application on your smartphone and enter the code displayed on the row of the account that was added earlier. If the code has been entered correctly then the account will start the association and synchronization process. How long the process takes depends on how busy your LINE account is. If there are no problems, the account status will change to "Ready to use" and display a green indicator color.

The application will use the email and password you provided to contact the LINE server and request verification of usage on your own computer. Your email and password data is stored directly on your computer and not sent to our server and you must know that if an account will be used on a certain device then the account will always ask for verification so you don't need to worry because this application works directly using the machine from LINE itself .

Next step you can learn how to Send bulk messages / broadcast.

Connect with QR Code

Choose to login by "QR Code" then click "OK" and wait for the QR code to be ready. You will get a prompt to double-click on the row of the account to display the QR Code to start the scan process.

Scan the QR Code with the LINE app on your smartphone and log in to start the linking process.

Please check your LINE application on your smartphone and enter the code displayed on the row of the account that was added earlier. If the code has been entered correctly then the account will start the association and synchronization process. How long the process takes depends on how busy your LINE account is. If there are no problems, the account status will change to "Ready to use" and display a green indicator color.

The disadvantage of the QR scan mode is that you have to do it again if you close the SORIS application. However, you don't need to re-verify the code and only need to scan the QR again. This is different from the "Email & Password" method which automatically re-associates your LINE account when you re-open the application.

Next step you can learn how to Send bulk messages / broadcast.
