Type B - Basic Usage

We will explain the main use of this application. Please read this page to the end.

Broadcast & Mass sender

After you have added a LINE account and made sure the account is ready to use, then switch to the "Broadcast & Mass sender" tab.

Click "Create broadcast & send messages" button, wait until broadcast form is showing and then choose your LINE account.

There is a quick way to open the broadcast creation form, you just need to press the option button in the left corner of the account row and then click "Create broadcast"

The broadcast creation form will appear and will show you some fields that you must fill in. Here are the explanations that you can understand. Description with the symbol * means it is a required field to be filled/selected

1. *Choose a LINE Account for setting up a broadcast.
2. *Determine when your broadcast is sent, now or on schedule.
3. *Select the type of target that will receive your broadcast.
4. This broadcast will be ready to send if its active status is checked.
5. *Set the target who will receive your broadcast.
6. Set the first position in which broadcasts will start.
7. Send the broadcast until the last target or set the finisih position.
8. Add a text message to broadcast
9. Add a image message to broadcast.
10. Add a video message to broadcast. Image and video message must use a direct link in order to work. ( Optional : upload your file to Google Drive and then place the link on the URL Field )
11. Add a flex message to broadcast, create flex message on flex message simulator website to get flex JSON.
12. All of prepared messages for broadcast.
13. Add more message list to broadcast.
14. Save prepared messages to the drafts list, or load prepared messages from the drafts list.
15. Apply the configuration and exit the form.
16. Cancel the configuration and exit the form.

After the messages are ready. We will broadcast to all of LINE friends. So, set the broadcast to "Friend", set target to "Everyone / All" and make sure set position to "until the last user". Click "OK" button to begin your broadcast.

Before starting, there is a process to validate friends so that all friends can be reached and minimize obstacles. After that the process will start until it is finished as in the video below.

When finished, then you can see the broadcast results are sent properly according to the message you prepared earlier.

LINE VOOM Manager

After you have added a LINE account and made sure the account is ready to use, then switch to the "VOOM Manager" tab.

Create a VOOM Post

Click "CREATE A VOOM POST" button, wait until VOOM Post form is showing and then choose your LINE account.

The VOOM post creation form will appear and will show you some fields that you must fill in. Here are the explanations that you can understand. Description with the symbol * means it is a required field to be filled/selected

1. *Choose a LINE Account for VOOM Post.
2. *Determine when your VOOM Post is sent, now or on schedule.
3. *Select the type of target that will receive your VOOM Post.
4. This VOOM Post will be ready to send if its active status is checked.
5. Set the background color for VOOM Post.
6. Set the text animation for VOOM Post.
7. Add a text post for VOOM Post.
8. Add a file for VOOM Post.
9. Add a LINE Sticker for VOOM Post.
10. Add a Link / URL for VOOM Post.
11. All of prepared configuration for VOOM Post.
12. Save prepared messages to the drafts list, or load prepared messages from the drafts list.
13. Apply the configuration and exit the form.
14. Cancel the configuration and exit the form.

After the VOOM Post are ready. We will start post to LINE VOOM. So, set the broadcast to "Public", Click "START" button to begin your process.

Post Scraper

Click "POST SCRAPER" button, wait until Post Scraper is showing and then choose your Scraper account.

There is a quick way to open the post scraper form, you just need to press the option button in the left corner of the account row and then click "Open LINE VOOM Scraper"

The Post Scraper creation form will appear and will show you some fields that you must fill in. Here are the explanations that you can understand. Description with the symbol * means it is a required field to be filled/selectesdd

1. *Choose a Scraper Account for setting up a broadcast.
2. *Determine your post scraper start date and max date.
3. *Set the post URL for Post Scraper.
4. Add HOME URL or Explore URL to list scraper URL.
5. Start VOOM Post Scraper.
6. List of all data from post URL.
7. Refresh all data in scrape result table.
8. This will show type of post and data count.
9. List of all your friends in LINE.
10. Load all your friend in LINE to Post Scraper.
11. Toggle button to select all data in the table or clear all selections.
12. Open menu for selected friend.
13. Use this to search data in table.
